2 medium acorn squash
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp orange marmalade
2 tbsp packed brown sugar

Directions:
Wash the acorn squash, and pierce with a fork all over. Place squash in microwave on absorbent paper. Cook 5-6 min. till the skin softens. Leave in micro to cool for 5 more minutes

Cut ends off squash and remove seeds. Cut squash into four 1" rings. Place rings in uncreated pan overlapping g if necessary. Brush the top with 1/2 the butter, turn over and brush the other side.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 oven.

In a small bowl, mix marmalade and brown sugar. Brush over the squash and bake 10 min. turn over and brush the other side and bake 10 min until tender.
