2 cans white shoepeg corn, drained
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large red onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Pickled jalapeño slices, chopped – I use a big hand full!
½ cup bottled Italian dressing of your choice – I use “zesty”
½ cup Tostitos creamy southwestern ranch dip
A few generous shakes of Tabasco
Several generous grinds of black pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and chill. Great immediately -- even better after a few hours!
