1cup Velvetta
1/2 cup sharp cheddar - grated
1/2 cup half & half
1 medium tomato
1 or more cans green chilies, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt both cheeses in double boiler, after melting add cream. Stir constantly. Add chopped tomatoes, chili and garlic.

Serve with Fritos or tostada chips.

Double for parties. Great in scrambled eggs, if you have any left over.
