5 oz. light Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup hot water
2 egg whites, beat
vanilla
dash of salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
grated orange rind from 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Karo syrup, sugar and hot water. Cook until mixture will spin a thread (20 min. or more). Beat 2 egg whites; add hot syrup beating it in slowly. Flavor with salt and vanilla to taste. when cool add mayonnaise and orange rind.

Keep refrigerated.
