2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour into large enamel broiler pan or 12 x 18.

Topping:
1/4 c. melted butter
1 to 2 c. crushed cornflakes
1 to 2 c. grated cheese

Mix and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
