2 eggs
1/2 C sugar
2 1/4 C cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C well packed brown sugar
2/3 C peanut butter
1/2 C oil
1 1/4 C milk

Peanut Butter Frosting
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C butter
1 # confection sugar
4-5 Tbls milk
peanuts to top cake

Preheat oven 350.
Grease 2 9 in round pan.
Seperate eggs. Beat whites until stiff and add sugar
Mix brown sugar, oil, peanut butter and milk.
Add egg yolks beating well. Fold egg whites into creamed mixtue. Put into prepared pans. Bake 30-35 min. Cool 10 min and turn out onto cooling rack..
Blend all ingredients for frosting and spread between layers and on top of cake. I you want on the sides too add a little extra powdered sugar. Garnish with peanuts.
