2- 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese- softened
1- can artichoke hearts drained & chopped
(pick off & discard outer tough leaves)
2- T. chopped garlic
1- box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. Blot with paper towels to remove all water.
2- c. white cheese
1/2- c. Parmesan cheese

Mix and bake at 325º - 350º until hot and bubbly (15-20 min)

Use a shallow casserole dish for easy dipping.
