Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Round wonton wrappers
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 carton Sam's Club Chicken Salad
1 c. Cranraisins (or sweetened Cranberries)
3/4 c. coarsely chopped Macadamia nuts (roasted and salted)

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer cream the cream cheese then add the carton of Sam's Club Chicken Salad. (Using a mixer breaks up the chunks of chicken and makes a smoother more consistent mix). Add the nuts and cranraisins and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate while you cook the wontons.
Spray wrapper with butter flavored PAM. Place in mini muffin pan. Bake at 350º for 7 minutes. Cool. Fill with Chicken Salad. Makes awesome appetizers!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I started adding cream cheese to this chicken salad because I feel it is too sweet. The cranberries add another flavor dimension and the salted Macadamia nuts also helps cut the sweetness. Have also made this with walnuts (without salt) and it is good too!! Enjoy!
