1 10 oz package of spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-sized pieces.
10-12 strawberries, sliced (or 1 cup dried cranberries).
1 large mango cubed
3/4 Cup slivered almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 Cup white sugar
1 tsp onion, minced
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add almonds and saute until they start turning brown (about 5 minutes). Add the sugar and continue to saute until the almonds turn a caramel color (several more minutes). Transfer into a bowl to cool.

In medium bowl, whisk together sesame seed, poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and Olive Oil.

In a large bowl, toss the spinach with most of the strawberries, mango, almonds and dressing (reserve a little of each). Add more dressing if desired. Top with a few of the reserved strawberries, mangos and almonds and serve.
