2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter/margarine
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Frosting (for later): 1 stick butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, 1 lb. powdered sugar.

Boil together butter, oil and water. Pour over flour & sugar. Beat well. Add eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, soda & buttermilk. Beat.

Bake 350º for 20 minutes
