5 large tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion
1 jalapeņo (seeds removed)
salt
1 tsp vinegar
fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice tomatoes very thin and chop very fine. Repeat for onion and pepper. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Squeeze and tear cilantro to release flavor. Add as many as necessary till odor is strong. Add vinegar and lime juice. Add salt to taste
