Each serving should be at least six oysters

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the oysters and pat dry
Simmer oysters in butter in a saucepan until juice comes out
Then add finely sliced onions
Then add milk, stirring occasionally
Add salt and pepper to taste
Simmer to cook at least a half hour, don’t boil it
Serve with crackers and pepper
