One bag of Carrots
1 tablespoon of butter
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup of Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and slice carrots into disks. Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté carrots for 1-2 minutes and sprinkle with sugar. Pour in sherry. Stir. Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, until most sherry is absorbed.Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving, if you like.
