2 Pounds of Frozen Shredded Potatoes
2 Cans Cream of Potato Soup
1 Cup Milk
8 Ounces of Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, salt & pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 75 min. Then sprinkle/cover with shredded cheddar cheese, bake uncovered for 30 more min.
