3 eggs
1 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
1/4 Shredded cheese
1/4 cup Ham chopped up
2 Tbsp Onion, Finely Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating the skillet on medium to high heat. Add butter, once butter is melted turn down heat. In a bowl mix eggs, ham an onions, beat until well blended. When mixed pour eggs in skilled. When eggs start to thicken take a spatula and flip. Lay cheese on one side of the egg. After bottom has cooked for about 2 minutes flip half the omelet over to cover the cheese let cook for about 30 more seconds, Happy eating.
