1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter and flour muffin tins. Melt butter in small sauce pan. Add milk to butter and bring to boil. Set aside. Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Beat eggs and sugar with mixer on high till thick, about 5 min. Beat in dry ingredients. On low, add milk mixture to batter and beat till smooth. Add vanilla. Fill muffin tins half full with batter. Bake till light gold, around 15 min. Let cool in pan for 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack. Let cool.
Cut each in half. Spread 1 tbsp. Vanilla Cream on each cup cake bottom. Sandwich with top. Spoon Chocolate Ganache over each. Serve immediately.
