Ingredients:
Ingredients:
7 double graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine, softened (I use I can't believe it's not butter)
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature & soft
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup real or bottled lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling (the best is Comstock)

Directions:
Directions:
Graham Cracker crust - Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar and margarine well with mixer. Press in pie tin or casserole.

Filling - Cream the cream cheese well with mixer. Add milk, mix well. Add lemon juice, mix well. Add vanilla, mix well. Spoon over crust.

Topping - Spoon cherry pie filling over the top of the filling. Yum!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use my Kitchen Aid mixer for making the crust and then the filling. Can be made a day or so ahead of serving. When I make it, I usually need to triple the recipe.
