8-10 oz. grated cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
2 cups of Bisquick mix
1 lb of ground sausage (mild, medium or hot)
1 half teaspoon of ground red, Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Combine all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl.
3) With grease on hands to prevent sticking, shape a heaping teaspoon of mixture into individual balls.
4) If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk before forming into balls.
5) Bake on a non-stick cookie sheet, at 350 degrees, for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
