1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 oz. cream cheese (cut 8 oz. package in half)
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 package (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chip pieces
1/2 c. coarsely chopped black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt. Beat butter, cream cheese, orange rind and sugar thoroughly, until fluffy, the texture of mayonnaise. Beat in egg yolk then add flour mixture all at once and beat till blended, then add chocolate pieces and walnuts. Drop by leveled tablespoon, 1 inch apart, on lightly greased cookie sheet.
