1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. powdered carob
1/2 c. honey
1 c. flax seeds, ground
1 c. chopped nuts of your choice, you may substitute a half cup of plain sunflower seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract
unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Roll into one inch balls, roll the balls in the coconut. Place on waxed paper or parchment and chill for an hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
