1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained well
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/3 c melted butter
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
2 c pepperidge farm stuffing
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp thyme
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Serves: 10-15
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients, mix well and chill. Shape into balls about the size of an English walnut. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Freezes well!
