10 extra large eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lbs of wide egg noodles cooked
4 cups milk
3/4 lb of farmer’s cheese
3/4 lb of cream cheese softened
1 sticks butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preheat oven to 375º. Cut butter stick in half and place in each pan in oven to melt. Remove from oven before the butter browns, swirl the butter to cover the surfaces and then place in raw mixture as last item.

Cook the noodles, drain thoroughly and place back in pan. Add & stir together cream cheese, farmer cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, milk and beaten eggs. Add melted butter and stir in.

Place mixture evenly distributed in two 9 x 13 pans
Bake at 375º for about 1 hour.
