1 pt. large select oysters,
1/2 to 3/4 c. light cream ( 20 % ),
3 c. crushed saltine crackers,
1/2 c. butter melted,
1/4 c. diced celery,
1/4 tsp. pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º
Grease glass baking dish 11" x 7"
Arrange oysters with liquor in baking dish
Add 1/2 of the cream over the oysters
Combine, mix, and sprinkle the dry ingredients
Pour melted butter and balance of the cream
Bake for 35 minutes uncovered
