1/4 c. oil
1-2 cups milk
flour
salt & pepper
1 whole chicken, split into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet on med. high. Put milk in shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces (one at a time) in milk, shake off extra milk, then dip in flour, coating all sides well. Place chicken pieces in skillet, add salt & pepper to taste. Fry until browned to satisfaction.

Remove chicken, place in baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes @ 350º, then serve.
