For bars:
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups canned solid pack pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

For frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter
1 T cream/milk
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix bar ingredients together and pour into greased and floured JELLY ROLL pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

For frosting:
Cream butter and cream cheese using mixer. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add vanilla and cream. Mix well. Add more cream if needed to get it to a frosting consistency. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
