3 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 cup raisin
1 16 oz container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredient's (sour cream and egg) well. Make a well in the dry mix and add the wet mix. Mix and knead bread well.

Split into two pieces and add flour dusting. Use cake pans with foil lining. Add one piece to each pan.

Preheat oven to 350º F. Bake at 325ºF.
