Several handfuls of fresh green beans
2 T. light olive oil
1 1/2 T. Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
1/2 container of grape tomatoes
2 T. bacon bits (I use the packaged real bacon bits)
2 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch the green beans first (boil green beans for 5 minutes and then rinse with cold water)
Heat olive oil in large skillet on med. heat and add minced garlic. Cook for several minutes while stirring garlic; add green beans and stir really well until green beans are covered in olive oil (add a little more olive oil if necessary).
Sprinkle green beans with creole seasoning and stir well. Add bacon bits; saute green beans covered until fairly tender (15-20 minutes). Add tomatoes and cook about 5 more minutes
serve as a side dish
