6-7 medium potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 T. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onion if desired
1 c. crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes, let cool, then skin and grate.
In a large bowl, mix the soup, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheese and onion (if desired).
Add the shredded potatoes and mix well.
Place in large casserole dish or 8 x 13 cake pan. Top with the crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
