6 Pork Chops
1/2tsp Salt
freshly ground pepper
1/2tsp oregano
6 large onion slices
6 green pepper rings
1 - 19oz can Tomatoes
1tbsp brown sugar
1/4c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops on lightly oiled fry
pan; transfer to shallow casserole; add seasonings. Top each chop with onion slice. Pour Tomatoes over all and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and bake one hour at 350º. Uncover; top with green pepper rings and cheese. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestion: Marinate tomatoes with chopped green onions, vinegar, oil and freshly ground pepper. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. I also use tomato juice.
