1 large can Pumpkin
1 1/2 C. Sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Cloves
1 t. Ginger
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 large can Evaporated Milk
1 Yellow Cake Mix
2 sticks of Butter or Margarine, melted
1 C. chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Set the Cake Mix, Butter, and Nuts aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Cake Mix over Pumpkin mixture. Drizzle melted Butter over everything.
Sprinkle chopped Nuts on top. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Serve with a dollop of Whipped Cream.
