Directions:
Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil over high heat in a 12 inch skillet. When a light haze forms above it, add 1 tsp. minced garlic and 2 medium (finely chopped) onion, and cook, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes, without letting the onions brown.
Combine 1 six-oz can tomato paste and 1/4 cup white vinegar and add it to the skillet.
Stir in 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. basil, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 cup beef stock, 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp. dry mustard. Mix thoroughly and simmer uncovered over low hear for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the ribs fat side up in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting thoroughly with sauce, every 10 minutes. Cut ribs into individual pieces. Enjoy!
