Orange Quick bread Recipe

1 1/2 c milk
1 c butter softened
2 c sugar
4 eggs
4 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 T orange juice
4 T orange peel
glaze: 1 c powdered sugar
orange juice and peel to taste

Heat milk in microwave 2 minutes- cool to room temperature. Cream butter and sugar together in mixing bowl. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients add them to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in orange juice and peel. Pour into 2 greased bread pans with wax paper on the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
