2 1/2 C flour
3/4 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar packed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 C vegetable oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 C milk (either buttermilk or sweet milk)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients all together with a spoon and reserve 3/4 cup of the mixture for later. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle reserve mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. For the top, make icing with powder sugar mixed with milk or water and drizzle on the top.
