Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c oats
1 c sliced almonds
1/2 c coconut flakes
1/4 c wheat germ
2 T whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c brown sugar
3 T butter
2 T honey

Directions:
Directions:
Toast almonds. Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and honey. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º until golden brown. You can easily add dried fruit to this, I usually add Craisins. When it's done, let it cool on the cookie sheet. It will harden as it cools. Break up with a spatula and store in a Ziploc bag or Tupperware. YUM!
