1 pound hamburger
1 med. onion, diced
1/4 c margerine
2 T flour
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 c sour cream
3-4 c cooked noodles

Cook and stir hamburger and onion in margerine (or olive oil) until meat is light brown, then drain. Stir in next 8 ingredients then cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through and serve over the cooked noodles. Serve with French bread and salad.
