Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1 c sugar
1/2 c butter (1 stick)
1 egg
2 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
5 T milk
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. With a whisk, mix together sugar, butter, egg, milk and vinegar. Mash the bananas with a fork and add to mixture. With a wooden spoon mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray and pour batter into pan. You can either bake for an hour (give or take) or bake at 300 for 30 minutes then turn the heat up to 350 and bake for another 15 minutes or so. The thing to remember with this bread is to keep checking it. I prefer to cook it at a lower temperature even though it takes longer because I never burn it that way. I have also added different ingredients, such as Craisins or chocolate chips. You CAN add nuts, as desired, I just don't prefer nuts in my banana bread.
