3 teaspoons loose tea
6 sprigs mint
2 cups boiling water
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
grated rind of one lemon
1 quart cold water

Steep 15 minutes: 3 teaspoons loose tea, 6 sprigs mint, 2 cups boiling water - then

Add: 2 cups hot water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, grated rind of one lemon

Strain and add 1 quart cold water.
