4 Tbsp steak seasoning
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3/4 c butter, melted
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 1/2-4 lb boneless pork loin roast trimmed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mustard mixture over roast. Place roast on a foil lined broiler pan. Bake at 475º for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 50-55 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160º. Set rest before slicing.
