2 packages Pillsbury pizza crust (in the tube)
1 1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry mix)
1 1/2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cups sour cream
1/2 cup each finely chopped: broccoli, carrots, black olives, red peppers
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out and bake pizza crusts following package directions. Let cool completely. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix. Beat with a hand mixture until smooth and well incorporated. Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of the pizza crust and layer as follows: carrots, black olives, peppers, broccoli, then cover the top with cheese. Repeat for second pizza. Cut into pieces and serve.
