2 lbs ground turkey
3 large carrots
1/2 onion
1.5 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
some parsley, chopped fine
1/4 cup ketchup

sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/8 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put carrots and onion in food processor, grind until fine.
Put all other ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Add carrot/onion mix.

Place entire mixture in large, greased bread pan.
Make sauce and put half over the top of the meat.

Cover top with foil. Bake for about an hour at 350.

Put other half of ketchup sauce in container and serve with baked meatloaf.
