3 Cups Mixed Nuts (not salted)
1 egg white
3 TBS water
1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until foamy, stir in 2 TBS water. Add sugar (the more sugar the thicker the coating) cloves, cinnamon and salt. Mix in nuts and coat well. Turn onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 1/2 hour. Stir occasionaly to separate nuts while baking. Cool and store air tight.
