4 1/2 cups (about 1 1/3 lbs) real milk chocolate, finely chopped (or use Guittard's or Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips)
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup half and half
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix heavy cream and half &half in a cup. Set aside.
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler, stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from heat. Slowly whisk in cream mixture until blended. Add vanilla.
Cool then refrigerate.
