8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
1 - 17 0z jar Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch-Caramel Fudge
3/4 cup pecan finely chopped
6-8 Granny Smith apples
2 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and spread in 8x8 shallow dish.

Slightly warm caramel sauce and spread over cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle chopped nuts over caramel.

Refrigerate one hour.

Serve with cored sliced apples
