Cupcake:
1 cup butter - softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar - firmly packed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2-1/4 cups flour - sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar - firmly packed
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pkg (11 oz) chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix for cupcake: Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Spoon by rounded tablespoon into paper lined muffin tins. Bake 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.

Topping:
Combine brown sugar, eggs & salt. Add chocolate chips, nuts & vanilla. Spoon by tablespoon over each cupcake. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
