2 pie shells (not cooked)

Pie Filling:
1 large can pumpkin
1 can evaporated carnation milk + 1 cup milk to
equal 2 cups
2 Tbls. flour
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs slightly beaten
2 drops oil of cinnamon & 2 drops of oil of cloves
3 tbls. log cabin syrup or tbls. black molasses


Mix all pie filling ingredients together and then put in pie shells.

Bake 400 for 15 minutes then Bake 350
for 30-40 minutes
