4 lb. Sirlon Tip Roast or Rump Roast
Season with Salt & Pepper
Roast 325° 30-45 minutes per pound

After half of roasting time, pour sauce over meat, continue roasting, basting as needed.

Sauce:
1 medium onion chopped
3 T. oil
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup ketsup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
few drops tabasco
Cook in sauce pan for approx 10 minutes

I like to double this using 1 beef roast & 1 pork roast.
Or use a venison roast & a pork roast
I double the sauce recipe.
