2 1/2 to 3 lb chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c mixed vegetables
1 stick butter
1 c self-rising flour
1 c buttermilk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken; save 2 cups of broth. Combine cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables (drained) and broth together. Bring to a boil; pour over chicken. Mix butter, flour, buttermilk and salt and pepper. Spoon over mixture. Cook 25 to 30 minutes at 425º until brown. Turn oven to 350º and bake 1 hour.
