2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 tsp soda
1 C nuts
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 20 oz canned crushed pineapple, undrained

ICING
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cube margarine
2 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in one bowl: flour, sugar, soda and nuts. Mix together in another bowl pineapple and juice, 2 slightly beaten eggs and vanilla. Use a wooden spoon to mix, not an electric beater. Pour egg - pineapple mixture into flour mixture and stir until smooth. Bake in greased oblong pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cake is pretty brown on top.

ICING
Cream margarine and cheese together. Beat in sugar. Ice cooled cake.
