2 c. sugar
1-1/3 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking power
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. crushed pineapple (drain)
cream cheese frosting
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cube soft butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix raisins into flour so they don't stick or clump together. Mix sugar, oil , and eggs together. Then add the rest of ingredients. Then pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake 1 hour at 350
