2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 - 11 1/2 oz. cans of mandarin oranges, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add mandarin oranges and the dry ingredients, which have been sifted together. Beat for four minutes with electric mixer. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes.

In the meantime bring 3/4 c. brown sugar, 3 T. milk and 2 tsp. butter to a boil. Pour over hot cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
